Acknowledgment of Perjury and Evidence Tampering.

It is against the Florida Bar Code for lawyers to lie to the court. At this point, Larson's attorney, Warren Zimmerman, realizes that his client has lied to him and he in turn has lied to the court. To protect his own butt, Zimmerman abandons his client and sets him adrift.

It should be noted that Lawson has never retracted his Declaration that he signed "under penalty of perjury" nor has he provided the court with the corrected library of documents.

The U.S. Criminal Code, 18 U.S.C. 1512(c), mandates that "Whoever corruptly (1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the objectís integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or (2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both."
